A1. RDA's mean Recommended Daily Allownces determined by National Institute of Health, Washington, DC. Daily doses could change during different disease stages
Q2. If vitamin does not have Gelatin, does it mean it is Halal?
A2. NO, beside Gelatin there are many ingredients that could have been driven from chicken (Non-Zabiha) Swine (Not Halal) and some sea animals (Makrooh). Therefore it MAY NOT be Pure Halal to take them.
